After two years in early access, the title was officially launched in 2017 on PS4 and PC. The following year, it was released on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, and finally arrived on Android and iOS in 2020. During all this time, its community has kept expanding. By 2020, it reached the milestone of 50 million players, and an event was held to celebrate it. This year, the number of registered players has doubled.<\/p><p class=\"text-body font-regular leading-[24px] pt-[9px] pb-[2px]\">Much of this success is due to its refined mechanics, which take inspiration from the classic Nintendo fighting series, Super Smash Bros., while introducing enough differences to forge a unique formula. Here, each character can wield two different types of weapons, providing a greater degree of versatility. Another contributing factor to its success is likely its collaborations with other franchises, including those from video games, movies, or series, which help attract new fans.
